Dorothy three stone diamond mid-century engagement ring

A delicate vintage mid-century three stone diamond engagement ring, Dorothy features a trio of diamonds totalling close to 0.20 carats: a radiant round brilliant cut stone in the centre with rose cut diamonds either side. The mixed metal look is a vintage classic - here, a platinum setting paired with an 18 carat yellow gold band - and we love how you can still see the hand-engraved hallmark clearly on the inside of the band, which was added before official hallmarking with stamps was introduced.
